Quellan Recruits Guy Anthony as Chief Financial Officer
Industry Veteran joins Quellan to Manage Rapid Growth of Groundbreaking RF Noise Cancellation Company
SANTA CLARA, CA - January 18, 2007 -- Quellan Incorporated, a leader in RF noise cancellation ICs, today announced the appointment of Guy Anthony to Chief Financial Officer.
Guy brings to Quellan strong financial discipline and vast experience in driving high growth enterprises. He received his MBA at the Harvard Business School and went on to lead a successful 22 year career at Intel. Guy also held senior financial positions at Stentor, Inc and Nektar Therapeutics.
At Intel during the 1990's, Guy held key positions as Group Controller for Microprocessors and Assistant Treasurer for Intel Capital. During this period he helped drive revenue growth nearly ten-fold, to $34 Billion, while earnings grew fifteen-fold to over $10 billion. During the 1980's he gained broad experience in manufacturing and sales in locations ranging from Albuquerque to Hong Kong.
At Stentor, Guy's contribution as CFO included driving the late-stage healthcare software startup to profitability and 400% revenue growth leading to an acquisition by Philips, today's leader in medical image and information management systems.
