Noise Cancellation ICs: GPS
The QHx noise canceller ICs can be utilized in GPS applications to cancel local aggressors and recover the GPS receiver sensitivity. These devices are designed in a standard 0.18μm CMOS process requiring a single 1.8 V power supply. Parts are available in a standard package of
QFN16-3x3 mm2 or may be ordered as bumped or bare die in a - 1x1 mm2 package.
